DODGE
Dodge is an American Automobile brand originally was known as the Dodge Brothers Company which initially started as a machine shop by Horace Elgin and John Francis Dodge brothers in the beginning of 20th century, Dodge was a great supplier of parts and assemblies to Detroit-based automotive industries like Ford, GM and others. They began building their first complete automobiles under the “Dodge Brothers” brand 1914 onward; Dodge finally ranked second place in American sales in 1920 but unfortunately both Horace and John Dodge died from the Spanish flu in the same year, the company was sold by their families in 1925 to Dillon-Read & Co. investment group for $146million equivalent of $2,154,540,000 USD now which was at the time the greatest transaction in the US history; finally Dodge Company was sold to Chrysler in 1928. The lesson we learn from this short story that “Wear Masks all the Time and Vaccinate yourselves during COVID pandemic” before unintentionally passing your wealth to the heirs.
