Stellantis N.V.

Stellantis N.V. is a conglomerate automotive alliance formed in 2021 on the basis of a 50-50 merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and PSA Group, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As of May 2021, Stellantis is the sixth-largest automaker in the world, after Volkswagen Group (1st ), Toyota (2nd ), the Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi Alliance (3rd) , General Motors (4th ) , and Hyundai Motor Group (5th ). This alliance would affect the future automotive designs and the auto parts industries dramatically. The mission of Stellantis is to design/development/manufacture/sale of Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, and Vauxhall. Stellantis has directly more than 300,000 employees operating in 130 local markets (countries) with manufacturing facilities in 30 countries. Considering direct link of FIAT and “Exor N.V.’s” two major shareholders of Stellantis with “CNH Industrial N.V.” which does the same as designs/ produces/ sells for other brands like Case IH , New Holland , Magirus, Astra and Iveco (employing another 63000 people ), certainly this Alliance would make biggest impact on Automotive Parts industry globally for years to come
